I need to pay my bill. When I log in, 02 does not give me the option to select the correct number, I have two numbers on this account. One is for Sky Mobile, no problem, that is being paid.
The other is for 02 with Virgin. I need to pay this bill but I can’t select the correct phone number.
I have tried phoning 02 but I had to give up as I am very deaf.
How can I kickstart my account without talking to people.
I don’t seem to be getting my bills either.
Hopefully someone from 02 can see this and help?
