I am trying to upgrade but it needs number verification but my previous phone was stolen

I am trying to upgrade my phone from sim only contract to pay monthly but the only way I can proceed is a one time code sent to my current mobile. Unfortunately, my phone was stolen last week so I don't have access to it. Would someone be able to help? I just need a new phone asap

If you report the loss o2 will send a new sim to use Guide: Lost or Stolen O2 Device? - How to Report it 

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)
