I am not receiving all my text messages.

I have a Samsung S23 that is four years old and was on "Virgin Mobile". Just lately I have stopped receiving texts messages. I have check ed the network it seem to be fine. I am still using the "Virgin Mobile SIM" card should I replace the SIM card for a new card.

An advice on this problem.

 I would start by looking at this guide Guide: Text Message Tips (not sent or received) 

 

If you need a new sim then pop to an o2 store with photo id and they can issue a new sim.

Yes, pop in store with photo ID for an O2 sim.
