Unfortunately I do not have good news. Has been over a week since my
Helix ticket was raised and still no response. Branch told me to try
again next week. Ridiculous situation!
Yep just a significantly higher response period than the promised "5-7
working days". I'll be switching up to a random device when their
systems allow me and just issuing cancellation in 14 day cool off period
so I can be rid of the company for good....
