How to terminate my contract

Due to severe data problems on my s9+ i am looking to leave o2 who do i contact to find out how much it will cost me?

If on refresh, the cost is the amount left on device plan. If a standard contract it is the number of months left multiplied by the monthly cost, minus VAT.

A call to customer services on 202 will confirm all details.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

If you are on a refresh tariff you should be able to see your settlement figure in myO2. Otherwise call customer services and they will be able to advise how much it would cost to terminate
