How are you meant to talk to someone about having problems paying your bill when u just get cut off the call and there's no live chat

You have to keep trying like everyone else I'm afraid.

Other networks are simple , 60 day extension deal with billing later why is o2 so difficult to get through to any one after being cut of because of covid 19 crisis ?

Hi Natty,

I understand that its extremely frustrating at the moment but my advice would be to persevere with contacting customer service. It will take long but its your quickest way for you to get your issue resolved. Alternatively you can make a complaint but it might take a few days for your complaint to be heard.
