Solved: How to make a complaint

I would like an email address or mailing address to which I can make a formal complaint about O2 and the poor service my husband and I have received as I don't like to use the telephone, and I know I cannot complain to the Ombudsman Service without first giving O2 the opportunity to deal with the complaint and address this issues.
