How to cancel bolt on

I've been trying to cancel my Web & Wifi Bolt On for about an hour now. I've called 2202, 2425, 4445 and haven't found a single option to cancel. I've checked on my internet account and also found nothing about canceling, I can add more though... I thought this'd be easy, but I'm going to be charged at this rate.

Anyone able to tell me how to cancel it?

I already closed that ages ago 😧 Don't think it's gonna pop back up.
I just called this: 0844 875 2302 and still got no where.
Is there not just a general number for O2 I can call?? Why is this so confusing!

are you payg or pay monthly confused as this is pay monthly but that bolton and the way you are trying is payg.

Sorry, I thought as a Bolt On was paid monthly it'd be in pay monthly. I'm on P&G.
I found this thread viewtopic.php?f=16&t=43931&hilit=cancel+bolt+on where everyone is having the same problem as me, but no one has a solution other than to call O2.
I've done the bit in the terms and conditions and have also sent an email, so hopefully, if it doesn't fix it, I can be refunded the money as this proves I've been trying to cancel it...
I'm trying to call O2, but have no number to do so!!

I have posted all the info go back to a shop page or support page and see if the chat appears again.
2302 is iphone customer services from your iphone for payg cost 25p a call texting wwwoff to 21300 should work.
Or use the contact us email option.

It's 4445, but don't choosean auto option, try pressing zero to confuse it and it generally connects to an advisor.
