Hello - I have asked O2 to unlock my iPhone 6s three times now - each time the person I speak to on the phone denies all knowledge of the previous requests. Has anyone else experienced this? I am still waiting for them to unlock - 48 hours now from this third request (over a week since my first request), how long should I wait before phoning again? Thanks.
