How do you get a fraud update

My account was hacked in August. One direct debit was taken and a new phone was sent to my house, which the fraudsters twice tried to collect. On reporting it, O2 were very helpful and did cancel all future direct debits. But 4 months on I still have had no update or the promised refund. Nor have they asked for their new phone back. When I call O2, I ether get told I'll hear very soon or that they have no record of any fraud. Meanwhile, I'm £50 down but do have a brand new unopened £1000 phone. How do I get this resolved?

You wait for fraud to close your case.

Nothing else can be done unfortunately once it's with fraud.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)
