I was switched from virgin media to 02, it was all working fine then I got cut off, I have been trying to phone all week and been trying to talk to an advisor online but nothing is helping at all, does anyone know what I can do? Obvs I could phone from a landline but I do t have one lol

You need to speak to the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217 and they can assist

@DylanBradley13 You don't need a phone to use Skype. If your laptop has a microphone you can download Skype and make your call. Using Skype you need to call +44800 902 0217. It's free.
