How do you cancel?

Hi folks,

How on earth do you cancel?

Just been kept waiting 37 minutes on the phone to get through to cancellations. (Option 2 I think it was)

Sorry, but I can't sit on the phone for an hour just to talk to someone.

Would cancelling the direct debit and just waiting for them to write to me be the way to go?

I've got the money sat here to give them.

Cheers

Just ask for that a/c to be transferred to pay and go. Once you have the sim, transfer the number by filling in the online form.

Is another way of doing it - still will need your friend though I would guess......?

I wouldn't even have this hassle if they let me change that account to my name in the first place all stupid rules and I've ended up with a spare phone contract which I'm paying for but not even using, so very umhappy

It'll come back to you if you stop thinking about it.
