Idid they were most unhelpful!
If nothing else it has made me determined not to stay with O2...... and to check how I go about cancelling contracts before I sign up with anyone else!

He did give me an address but it was all so fast Im not sure i got it all down, it was also a PO Box number and Im not sure that u can send a letter recorded delv to a PO box!

I am certainly finding out that it isnt an easy process but I thank you for your reply to my post......I have received more help here than I did over the phone to the 'customer care' service.
I think I will just buy a new mobile and quit contracts all together!
