How do u get a PAC code, do u have to write, if so where to?

I want to cancel my o2 contract it is due to expire, is there any way to do it without having to write, if u do have to write what is the address?

If nothing else it has made me determined not to stay with O2...... and to check how I go about cancelling contracts before I sign up with anyone else!

General tone of voice when I insisted that I wanted to end my contract, the guy spat out far too quickly the info he said I would need to write down (in a letter), I simply couldnt write it down fast enough and I was far too angry and stubborn to ask him to repeat it all!

He did give me an address but it was all so fast Im not sure i got it all down, it was also a PO Box number and Im not sure that u can send a letter recorded delv to a PO box!

Because they're nothing to do with O2, it is a completely different customer service team and you have to use the method CPW request. It isn't easy to get a PAC from CPW but you do need to do the whole writing in thing I'm afraid.

I am certainly finding out that it isnt an easy process but I thank you for your reply to my post......I have received more help here than I did over the phone to the 'customer care' service.

I think I will just buy a new mobile and quit contracts all together!

Yeah you need to write to them, O2 direct can do it over the phone and they text you it within 24 hours.
