Hi, I pay by auto top up which comes off my credit card monthly. I now have a new credit card so need to update my credit card details, but I can’t find anywhere online to do this. I have searched the help pages and they say go to ‘manage payment card’ but such a link does not seem to exist. I can’t see any link to ‘o2 card wallet’ anywhere either. I have also tried going to ‘manage my details’ and ‘manage my account’ but there is nothing about card details at all. I have looked on the website and the app and both are the same. Please does anyone know how I can update my card details online?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
