I have moved to another provider and 02 tells me my number had been disconnected in error and I am trying to get a PAC code to retrieve my number. Spent most of the day on the phone to customer services yesterday, transferred to five different advisors, and the last one promised to call me back today and sort this out. Obviously, no call back.
Can anyone help me with this?
