How To Remove Widgets from Tocco Lite

Hi

I've just got a new Tocco Lite and don't need (or more is the point want!) many of the widgets on the widget bar. Is there any way of removing ones such as games, yahoo etc... which don't appear in the list of widgets?

Thanks

Tony

How To Remove Widgets from Tocco Lite

Hi and Welcome!

Just copied and pasted this from another Site, my Dad has one and this is how you "Customise them"

From the standby screen, press Menu
In the main menu, press Settings
In the Settings menu, press Display and light settings
In the Display and light settings menu, press Display settings
In the Display settings menu, press Widget
You are now presented with a list of widgets you can have on your standby screen The ticked boxes represent the widgets currently available in the toolbar or which are onscreen. Unticked boxes will not appear in the toolbar or onscreen.
To untick (or re-tick) boxes, simply tap the panel or panels you want to change . Note, you'll need to scroll down the page by using your fingertip see some of the widgets at the bottom of the widget menu.
Once you have ticked or unticked boxes, press the Save button. A message appears confirming that the changes have been made, and you are returned to the Display settings menu. Press the Call End button twice to get back to the standby screen.

How To Remove Widgets from Tocco Lite

Thanks Peppers

The problem is that several of the widgets don't appear in that list - a bit cheeky of O2 as it makes the phone less customizable than is claimed really.

Is there a way of tracking down how to remove these widgets anyone?
