Problems connecting to phones hotspot. Turned on and entering password but not connecting to device? Any suggestions?

Hi chriss001 I would suggest forgetting the hotspot and re joining see if this helps if not this could be related to o2’s 3G/4g going down.

If you're trying to connect on your laptop you need to turn off "metered connection" in the network settings.
