Help appreciated it seems the local hospital cannot contact me when they call my mobile it says I’m unavailable i have sat for the last hr waiting on a call but they can’t get through to me any advise please on how to fix this it’s a apple iPhone 12

Edited to add info from Apple

Go to Settings and turn on Airplane Mode, wait five seconds, then turn it off. Check your Do Not Disturb settings. Go to Settings > Do Not Disturb and make sure it's off. Check for any blocked phone numbers.

Have you restarted your phone? also are other people able to call and text you? and can you text out.

On the iPhone, go into General, Setting, and Reset Network Settings.

Also try your sim in a different phone and see if you get the same.

You can also contact customer services on 202 or 0344 809 0202 and request a replacement sim card to see if that helps

Yes I have restarted phone I can get calls and texts from others just not the hospital I had this issue on my last iPhone so changed my service provider to o2 but still got the problem
