I paid off my S23 contract a hefty 475 to upgrade to a flip z6
DPD 'failed delivery yesterday' I was sat in the living room they pulled up & drove away so I was a bit disappointed
Succesfully delivered today , I opened the box to an empty filthy iPhone box !!
I have been on the phone now for 60 minutes most of that on hold , to be keep getting told I need to contact 'DHL' (assuming she means dpd)
I'm really trying not to get upset , but after keep going round in circles , & getting nowhere , being refused to be passed on ..... what can I do ?
I did reach out to dpd chat and the advisor has said , I need to contact my provider , so I really am struggling to know next steps 😞

You have to persevere with O2 I'm afraid.

Thankyou - I ended the call after writing this response and the call agent has called me back , seeming more helpful , so fingers crossed I'll have a positive update soon 😊
