Hi,

just tried to upgrade my mobile phone with David via the telephone, everything went through but when i click on the link i get this message (You Can't Use This Service or Your Code limit Has Been Reached) i'm currently without a phone as my phone is completely broken with no screen showing.

 

Can you please help me out please.
