I have tried the facebook, i ordered this a week prior and set the date of delivery for today. How is it possible that it hasnt arrived! Thanks, it shows me on my o2 account that i have no tracking for any devices. But in my emails i have from o2, they tell me how its all full steam ahead and ill be recieving my device.

Also, i am unable to get onto the o2 chat to solve this.
I was able to get onto the chat very quick when purchasing the phone.

The best thing to do is call them, as live chat is only available if and when an agent becomes available..
