Hey all,

Can someone explain what under review means, both myself and my wife ordered phones yesterday, both said available for collection. She got hers, mine under review. I've already reached out to o2 on twitter over 2 hours ago and nothing back.

Under review would normally mean a credit check or fraud check

Did you put both phones in one name or did you open seperate accounts?

@Silver_fox

Credit Score are worthless and only there to sell you crap by the CRA's

Seperate accounts, same surname, address, smacks of being referred for Fraud and Credit checks as its a classic fraud sign..

o2 will be doing checks, the best thing to do is speak to the sales team:

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255

This is not customer services and we dont have access to your account
I do not work for o2 or any VMo2 /Telefonica/Liberty Global Company

Even if all the checks matched when we both applied, they were both ordered about 30 mins apart as I couldn't decide on a phone. So a married couple who both want the same network screams fraud? Here's the thing, my wife was rejected in store 2 weeks ago, so I didn't bother doing mine in store, but online straight through.
