Hello! I ve order on Monday 2 pay monthly Sims,for me and my husband.Only one arrived today.But bill is being already generated,I must pay until 20th.How can I be charged from 4Th with full month,and we don't even have both Sims?

You pay in advance for the months line rental, so the billing is correct, so for one you are billed one month in advance from today.
If you speak to Customer Service they will be able to move the other sim card to when you receive it.

Thank you for reply! I wrote them on FB as on chat nobody is available.Hopefully they will send second Sim as soon as possible.
