Hi all, I applied for a S9 early this morning on contract, £40 upfront. Went through the online process and got the message at the end with my order number and that they would review my order etc.
Received 1 email, the legal agreement with the CCA attached. What happens next because I haven't heard anything since?
I chose to collect from my store during the application which would of been able to be picked up today. The £40 upfront is still pending in my bank.

Well it's got a little more confusing. Was able to log into myo2, see my number etc, tracked my order that said it's now delivered to the store, rang the store it's there, happy days I thought but still no emails.
So I rang CS, she said there was no contact number when I applied, obviously was because I received the CCA and terms etc and even my bill this morning! Said I wouldn't be able to collect it without the email and she wouldn't be able to send it now???
When I rang the other day a guy gave me a 4 digit collection pin though (she was less than happy about that also), is that enough to collect?

Yes, just take your pin and some form of ID along with your bank card.
