Hello I recently wanted to upgrade my phone, there was the option to pay off remainder of my contract and upgrade (£255) which I did. I opted for iPhone 15 pro max, paid the £255 which has gone out by bank and choose a new phone plan. The colour I choose was in stock for next day delivery ( Saturday ) so I went for that one. Got the email saying we’ve got your order along with legal documents, signed credit agreement etc, but it’s now Monday and on order tracker it says processing, if phoned o2 and they said it’s “ stuck “ on processing, any ideas has it been accepted etc??

I did contact the o2 sales team, all the said is the order is stuck in processing

We're all just customers here like yourself so wouldn't have a clue.
It's most likely a stock issue as O2 don't have a live stock system. Many are still waiting for their phones too which is dependent on what Apple ship out.

Thank you, I’m thinking it probably is a stock issue ( although stated in stock when ordered ) would be nice of o2 to keep you updated rather than just say ‘ it’s stuck in processing’
