Has anyone ever reached a customer service person by dialling 202?

I have been on hold with 202 for 57 minutes now, I was on for 50 minutes earlier and an hour and a quarter last week.

I want to sort out my payments. O2 ask me to call.  How can this be acceptable customer service?

Called up at 2pm and the whole call was less than 10 minutes, including 4 minutes of that god awful IVR they have put in place that doesnt seem to recognise a Sheffield accent....

Hello, have now been on hold to the number suggested by M15 for an hour and five minutes. Is there an email?

@561 There is no email address. The Payment Management number is your best option.

You can try reaching O2 via social media, but I don't think they can assist with payment issues:
Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB), Twitter (now X) (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW), or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You won't get any arguments on here with your view. The Customer Service from O2 is very poor.

Did you get through in the end or are you still on hold ? 👍

8.00am to get to the front of the queue.

You have 40 mins of calls backing up before you called.
