It's a well known scam
Block the number and report it free to 7726.

The clue is not in the number, @Jodie0381, but in the URL, or link, that has been sent to you in the SMS.
Don't click on anything in an unsolicited SMS, but report the message and make sure O2 get the number that the SMS was sent from - a way of doing this is below, or just forward the SMS/text to 7726 (free text).
