Edited to add, Live chat is closed now, but can usually be found if accessing the O2 shop pages.

Yes. @Korey01 (note change of advisor) is actually on from 10am. Apologies I was looking at the wrong day.

So will they message me privately how does that work

At the top of the page you will see the word "Messages".
Once Korey has sent you a message there will be the number 1 next to it as well.
Click on the link, then the next page will list all of the messages.
