Even so..with everything that has gone pear shaped recently with those Star Wars Priority promotions...The Google Play rewards and todays Black Friday mess up ...people need to complain.....This is not looking good for O2 if honest...

Problem is that O2 customer have no training whatsoever with promotions. There should be a dedicated team, even if only 2 or 3 people, to be trained up and to know everything there is to know.
O2 make it up as they go along has long been a justified criticism levelled at customer service. How can they produce terms and conditions after advertising the phone and promotion?
Every promotion, most Priority offers and even the competitions have been nothing short of a joke in the last 18 months.
