Going to get blacklisted if I cant speak to somebody ..... Tried everything....Help!

Hi all...

 

I have an account with O2 which had 4 contracts on it.

 

I ported out one of the numbers as it was my wifes and she wanted to go elsewhere.

It had 2 months left on the contract and it said I would have to pay £64, which is fair enough.

 

Bill time came and they didnt take the £64 and instead I got a nasty letter from o2 demanding £64 which was abit harsh. It says I have until the 4th June to pay the £64.

 

I have been trying to pay this bill for the last week, Ive tried chat and they say I must phone as its been refered to another department and when I phone nobody answers and it goes round in circles.

 

Ive also tried the o2 app etc but as it was ported out of o2 its no longer connected to my account.

 

Tried all numbers I can find and going to other departments etc but no joy.

 

Any ideas?
