Disney + on my new iPad 2019

Hi ' I ordered and have now received my new iPad 7th gen on a monthly plan , the offer was I get 6 months free of Disney + and chose it as an extra when prompted . How do I activate it? I've downloaded Disney and all its offering me is a 7 day free trial . Please help as I've planned to watch the marvels films

Hi @Frayne 

Find your extras in your MyO2 and click on the Disney extra to select it.

You then need to wait for an email to say it's been set up for you, then go back to your MyO2 to redeem the offer. It will take you to the Disney site to complete your sign in. 

Your voucher code should be filled in automatically
