for the past week O2 service for me has been terrible i have barely been able to send or receive messages or they show up hours later can i get some help?

Have you cleaned the sim, used the O2 coverage checker to see if there are any issues in your area, try the sim in another O2 phone

tried with two phones, and wiping the sim but o2 always fail to provide service to me in this area which is a highly populated area, they always drop my connection

Is your phone a smartphone on contract? If so, have you downloaded the Tu Go app so you can make and receive calls at home via WiFi?
