Getting billed for a contract that was finished a while ago

Hi I need help to get a refund for the months I’ve been getting charged for a contract that has finished last year or even longer

Did you cancel your contract?

If not, you have absolutely zero chance of getting any money back.

O2 quite rightly will say, as you gave no notice of cancellation, then it was still running. If a contract is not cancelled then it runs on a 30 day rolling basis.

I'm also surprised you failed to notice this until now. Checking your bank statements would have avoided it.
