GO10 bundle

There is no answer service retrieval in the bundle ie, buy a £10 bundle pre pay for 75 minutes call time, then you still have to pay 15p to get your message.  Whaqts the point of that when you have already paid.  Not good !!

Some benefits only come with contract accounts. Voicemail retrieval is one of them.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If everything was the same there would be no point have PAYG or contracts....
Any network is going to want to entice contracts as it is guaranteed business, unlike PAYG which can be optional.

Totally agree that networks want to entice new and existing customers to stay.

But I would have thought a nice new shiny phone would do that.

Not basic services such as voicemail.

Each platform has benefits and disadvantages as highlighted by the recent higher costs of roaming on contract.

If you commit to a contract you should have a few more benefits. Bottom line is to research and go for whatever suits your needs the best. If voicemail is an important  necessity and important to your lifestyle then revise your options.
