Free10 to 21500 non working

Hi. I ordered a sim card off the online page and on the reverse of the sleeve it states 'free £10 if you top up £10'

It returns a text with 'looks like this offer isn't for you'

Any help?

We were told previously that this issue was due to a batch of faulty sim cards.
@EmilieT @Martin-O2 or @Marjo may be able to assist further but try calling 4445 first to see if customer services can help.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Another issue that you think would have been sorted out months ago. O2 do make me despair these days.
