Can I get a free upgrade am 16 mth into a 2 year contract and all my family are on o2 through carphone warehouse and have been offered free upgrades with o2 I got my phone from an o2 shop direct but have been offered nothing anyone know if I'm entitled

You would need to contact customer services, due to current situation wait times may be long, You could try with Skype if you have it

Nah, it's just one of those things where O2 are trying to bring cpw contracts into their own control.
Unfortunately it means only cpw customers will get offered such deals
