No i did upgrade in-store, just the numpty who did the upgrade messed it all up, so my account doesnt actually show a valid upgrade, O2 CS say i still have the Xperia Z2 when in fact I sold that to O2 in part of the upgrade process.
So i am sat with a Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge but according to my account my device is still an Xperia Z2 lol.
This is the thing, its confusing as hell and i highly doubt im gonna end up getting these headphones, in which case I will be back in touch with the Complaints team (for about the 5th time since my upgrade)
