Free jabra sports pulse headphones..

Hello guys

I prefer ordered the Samsung Edge S7 on the 30gb monthly refresh tariff.

It's been 16 days since my contract was activated and I STILL can't redeem the free headphones.

Had anyone even managed to succeed yet?

All I get is:

Thank you for trying to redeem your Jabra Sport Pulse Wireless headphones. The IMEI number you have entered is either invalid or you have not waited the 14 days to redeem. For more information, please refer to the terms and conditions.

Any ideas?

my latest update, still being told by Kondor that they are waiting for my IMEI to be validated by O2, they even said yesterday that it would be validated later that day, still nothing.

 

Spoke to O2 on Chat again, still no sign of my upgrade and they tell me to go to the store to tell them to put my bodged upgrade through properly, yet when i go to store they give me the kondor email to contact Astounded

 

Talk about back back and forth, i feel like one of the Wu Tang Clan wink

Am I missing something here?...I thought you actually needed to have the S7 before you could get the jabra headset?......(Or maybe I am just tired...):smileywink:
