Can someone explain how to get the free Travel Inclusive Zone extra?
This page says this:
However when you go through the process of buying a SIM-only contract, the only ones which let you actually select the Travel Inclusive Zone as your free extra is a 12mth 100GB plan or the 24mth 500GB Jan Sale tariff. Previously there was another Jan Sale tariff (30GB for £15/mth) which also let you choose TIZ as the free extra but that offer has now ended.
If the page linked above is to be believed, any 30GB+ 12 or 24mth contract is eligible for free Travel Inclusive Zone, so does one just call customer service to have it added?
(Yes, I know that free Travel Inclusive Zone is also included as a Volt benefit but I'm unable to switch broadband provider for another 18mths.)
Thanks.

You can cancel within 14 days if the contract doesn't deliver what you expect.
Oh, fair enough. Yeah, I could, but cancelling a new contract is a [potentially offensive language removed by mod] I can do without, and something I shouldn't have to do if O2 could get their act together on their website and give clear info so customers could make informed decisions before making a purchase
I think I found my answer - Travel Inclusive Zone *is* included in Plus Plans, so as long as I take one of those I'll be all set.

Interesting @benlye
I have been sim only for years and upgraded in January. My offer had Travel Inclusive showing AND Disney 6 months free. Just checked my account and I do have Disney but no sign of Travel Inclusive, just O2 Travel (which I've had for years) O2 must have had second thoughts. Of course I didn't take a screenshot of the offer so I have no way of proving it. 🙄
Edited to add, the information for O2TI is still on the website (on my PC.

I just called the sales number and spoke to a chap named Alex who said that Travel Inclusive Zone is included for free on any 'Plus Plan' tariff, whether or not it is available to select as the Extra. I asked several times if he was sure and he said yes every time. He said that the two current 24mth 'Plus Plan' tariffs, 20GB and 60GB, would both have Travel Inclusive Zone included for free.
Would be great if they would update their website so the roaming information was all consistent, especially now that free roaming is a big reason people will be coming to them!

@MI5 But that means I have to have bought the contract / signed up. I'm trying to avoid buying something that won't meet my needs and having to have an argument with O2.
FWIW, that screenshot shows you have Volt benefits, which is why you get TIZ for free. I can't get Volt as I'm with Virgin Media Business and still have 18mths to go on my contract with them.
