Hi,
Seems a lot of people are having issues with Click & Collect. I ordered a new contract and phone 5 days ago, store says it hasn’t arrived, help said they cannot track the order. I’ve seen people say wait until the email saying it’s been dispatched.. but on my order history is claims the phone has been dispatched via UKMail? It gives a reference number but it doesn’t show up on UKMail.
Any advice? Apart from avoid Click & Collect 😅

Hi @SaintMorton - apart from your summary at the end, which speaks to o2's lack of a live stock control system: It looks like you should contact the sales team – message them on Social Media if that works best for you on:

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255 - after 08:00GMT for Customer Service, and be prepared to try a couple of times and then to wait - the music's not bad though 😆
