I have seen online that pay monthly customers are getting free Disney plus.... I however have received no email or offer and have to pay / upgrade in order to receive discount. How do I get it for free for 6 months?

You need to either upgrade your tariff or by upgrading to a new Refresh contract with a phone @Chrismendeika

Not sure if it's still available but there was a free Disney offer on Priority recently.

Some customers are also getting the offer sent to them via email but don't know what criteria you have to meet to get that either.
