It's a scam. A company based in Turkey who offer mobile innovations and charge you for them

I will mention @Payforit_Sucks  here. Hopefully he will be able to advise further. .

Globalcharge LTD

Globalcharge Ltd haven't generated many complaints in the past, so this may be an isolated incident, or the start of a new scam.

There was a complaint about 2 years ago, and as far as we are aware this was satisfactorily resolved.

https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly/Charges/td-p/1149005

Whatever it is, it isn't "Payforit". Payforit was quietly killed off by the networks in December 2019, having developed a well deserved notoriety for facilitating scams.

Sadly, although there have been some improvements, only the name "Payforit" has been dropped. The scams will henceforth be referred to as "Charge to Mobile" or Premium SMS (PSMS) services. Payforitsucks will continue to provide support for victims of thee scams, not just on O2, but on all networks.

Globalcharge Ltd appear to be UK based.

I suggest contacting them to get an explanation of the charge.

If you want to avoid "third party" charges on your bill, ask for a "charge to mobile" bar to be placed on your account.

Please let us know the outcome of this case, as this company has not previously been on our radar.
