Solved: Fraud account

Has anyone else had a fraudulent account added to their account ? Mines come back on and customer Services not helping ?

Customer services will pass it on to the fraud dept who will investigate and get back to you.
Customer services won't do anything more themselves as the fraud dept is a special separate dept to deal with this kind of thing.

Your bank will also investigate it if you report as fraud and you will get your money returned. Probably much more quickly too.
