Guys
I have one finsl device payment on my ipad and that finishes my contract. What i would like to know is.would there be anymore airtime to pay as my contract would have come to an end and i dont want the ipad now either

Correct, Your airtime will continue as normal at a monthly cost.

I advise you ring up with your options of:

1. Cancel the contract as you have paid the device plan

2. If you're looking for something else then upgrade

3. Opt into a data sim only if you want to use the ipad with a data plan (if not only in wifi reach).

 

Very easy to call 202 from your o2 device if you have one to speak to the customer service team and they will get you right through to retentions department.

@BluesYou will have to give 30 days notice on your airtime otherwise it will keep running

If you give notice now, your airtime will end when the last device payment is made.

I have paid my last device payment of £12 into o2 bank account but still keep getting emails to say that it is still outstanding. I cannot get any one on any phone numbers to complain or tell them that this is paid. Any suggestions as what to do
