I am not getting any signals near my parents' house, although I'm able to use wifi calling for calls, but unfortunatly, this does not work for text message (which I need for various reasons, such as bank security codes etc...). Can I request for a booster box from O2? my parents are using a "3" signal booster for their mobile phones which was provided free of charge from "3", is there a similar signal booster from O2 that is available for us?
