Hi,

I cannot seem to be able to reach anyone about paying my ETF on my pay monthly contract. Since
my number is now PAYG I can’t access any bills related to the pay monthly account I used to have. My O2 just tells me to top up and gives no options for paying the £200 odd I owe for breaking contract early. I’m at a loss how to get this bill paid when even using the payments line diverts me to top up my phone. I’ve got 14 days to get this paid and its proving to be a real pain. I thought maybe I could do bank transfer but I don’t know my account number either.

Hi @Seaneth 

Yor final bill should come out via direct debit. If you have cancelled the direct debit you would have to contact O2 Customer services to do so.
