Feb 2021 - Nano SIM delivery turnaround time?

How long does it take to get a nano SIM request processed and delivered? The website says allow 5 working days, it's already been 7 since I asked for a replacement (moved from Android to an iPhone), and the online help is currently impossible to get through to. Should be a totally standard process, covid or no. Anyone else have any experience to share on this topic? Does it need chasing or re-requesting?

@WalkingDad

The sims get posted out for delivery by Royal Mail, but unfortunately Royal Mail, are experiencing very heavy delays still, with a lot of post delayed.

Your only option is to contact Customer Services and re-request the sim card.

You need to call 202 from your mobile.
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

I ordered a new sim last Thursday at 1.00pm and it arrived in the post Friday morning.
I'd guess they forgot to post yours.

Not us, same town, different postcode and the post is delivered once every 2-3 days.

It's more than bonkers, it's pathetic.

The 'Christmas' rush is over and it's been like this since the middle of December. At one time you could set your clock by the postman ie 11-11.30am.

It went to one at 1.30pm over Christmas but back to normal since early Jan.

You see, we have only ever had two deliveries and that's over the Christmas period. Now they stack them up and we get a pile of post every 2-3 days. Pretty poor if you are waiting for something important. :slight_frown:
