I’m having issues with getting Family Plan set up for my daughter's new number. I texted the 21500 number and received confirmation that the text had been received and that i would get a communication within 3 days - but i've heard nothing since.
O2 customers services have promised to get back to me twice to sort but haven't. Any ideas about what i can do? Many thanks
