Hi, I have just clicked on a link that said I could re-new my rolling plan as I have run out of data. I have topped up

my phone but it is saying it won’t start till 28th? The reason I topped up was so I get the plan to start today.

Thanks Debbie

Pay As You Go: Introducing "Rolling Plans" top up can only be done via the registered card, @Bird - if you have run out of data, you may be better off getting a one-shot data bolt-on:

Good luck, @Bird.

@Bird

Obviously the 28th is your 'anniversary date'. So topping up before that date wont give you extra allowances. You have to wait until the 28th. You can change your anniversary date once but that would require you to contact O2. Guide: How to find help & contact O2

Follow @pgn's advice and just buy a bolt on for now.
