Hi All
I went it to an o2 branch to upgrade. Was offered a phone at £37pcm which i said was too high. As i was in with my wife another o2 customer the saleswoman said i could get friends and family discount. i took the £37pcm contract on the condition i got the discount.
We've text our numbers to the o2 number and never heard back. This was about 6 weeks ago and i am paying the full amount
Do i have a right to refund my overpayment as i was missold

Hi @PDplum Is the O2 Open you were offered? (as Friends and Family only applies if you have friends or family working for O2.
Or the family plan https://www.o2.co.uk/family-plan?cm_mmc=googleuk-_-PPC_Direct_Handsets-_-Handset-FamilyPlan-O2-_-Fam...
Either way you need to get back to customer services and ask them for clarification

Then you really need to get in touch with customer services, or go back to the shop where you took out the contracts @PDplum
This is the only viable option. I hope you have some paperwork or email to confirm what was sold at time of contract ?
Something is definitely wrong if you are having no confirmation of texting 21500,
